The 25-year-old joins the Premiership Women’s Rugby club from AXA Elite 1 Feminine side Blagnac SCR, whom she has represented since 2019, has won 15 caps for her country.

Her last Test appearance came in October 2023 in France’s WXV 1 finale against France at Forsyth Barr in Dunedin.

Lindelauf is the second signing that Leicester have announced since it was announced that the club had reaffirmed its commitment to the women’s team.

Yesterday the club revealed that current Wallaroos Player of the Year, Tabua Tuinakauvadra, will join them from October to April next season.

Fraser Goatcher, Leicester’s Director of Rugby, said: “Coco is going to bring very good international experience to us. She’s going to bring that scrummaging prowess that we’re looking for, and out-and-out work rate around the pitch. As with all of our squad, she’s a good human being and that’s what we want in our environment.”

Lindelauf was born in the Netherlands and moved to Southern France aged six when her parents, Micky and Roger, started a bed and breakfast business.

The 25-year-old also played in the back-row and at lock before settling at loosehead prop. She made her Test debut for France in 2021 against South Africa and represented her country at the delayed 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.

Lindelauf said: “I’m very excited and proud to join Leicester Tigers for the 2026/27 season. It’s a club with a great history and strong values.

“The dynamic around the team looks really positive, and I’m really looking forward to joining the group, challenging myself in a new environment and contributing to the team’s ambitions. I can’t wait to start this new chapter.”

Leicester conclude their PWR season this Sunday with a home fixture against East Midlands rivals Loughborough Lightning.
