Brumbies welcome back Wallabies lock for Super Rugby AUS clash out west
Capped Wallabies lock Nick Frost has been named in the ACT Brumbies starting side for the second-round Super Rugby AUS clash with the Western Force in Perth. Frost joins debutant Tavita Loughland in an otherwise unchanged forward pack
Frost missed the match against defending champions the NSW Waratahs last weekend, but has replaced Josh Townsend at lock. Brumbies captain Toby Macpherson is the other starting second-rower, having led the team for the first time last weekend.
Lington Leli joins Liam Bowron and Super Rugby Pacific regular Rhys van Nek up front. The other starting forwards are Eli Langi at openside flanker, Oscar Cleary at No. 8, and debutant Loughland at blindside flanker.
Klayton Thorn will link up with Wallaby Tane Edmed in the halves, while David Feliuai and Jarrah McLeod line up in the midfield. Corey Toole and Ollie Sapsford start on the wings, with Triston Reilly again lining up at fullback.
The Brumbies take on the Force at North Coast Rugby Club, Perth, at 3:30 pm AEST on Sunday afternoon, or 1:30 pm local time.
