Lions face off against Stormers in United Rugby Championship Round 12 on Sat 27th February 2027 at Ellis Park. Kick-off in the UK is scheduled for 12:30 and is broadcast on Premier Sports. In South Africa it’s at 14:30 SAST on SuperSport, 01:30 NZST on URC TV in New Zealand, 23:30 AEST on URC TV in Australia and 04:30 EST on Flo Rugby in the US.
Lions won the last encounter but both teams are in the same form for their last 5 games.
Heading into the fixture the two sides are separated by just 3 places in the league table with Stormers in 4th and Lions in 7th underlining just how tight this match could be.
The official squads for Lions vs Stormers will become available around 24- 48 hours before kick-off. Teams can still make changes up to an hour before the match however.
