  • FULL TIME - The final whistle sounds on an historic afternoon in Yokohama!  The Wallabies started brightly in the second half but lacked the finishing power to convert control in general play into points on the scoreboard.  The All Blacks will always make you pay and they finished up piling on 3 tries to 1 after half time to record a comprehensive 37-20 victory.  Congratulations to New Zealand who, with their victory this afternoon, complete a 3-0 clean sweep of the 2018 Bledisloe Cup!

  • Some icing on the cake for New Zealand!  Brilliant hands from the All Blacks catches the Wallabies short out to the left and with, just one man to beat, Rieko Ioane can't be stopped.

  • It has been a 2018 to forget so far for the Wallabies.  After going down in the test series against Ireland at home in June, Australia only escaped finishing at the bottom of the Rugby Championship standings thanks to a second half fight back against Argentina in Salta.  All will be forgiven however if they can somehow conjure up a victory this evening against the mighty All Blacks.
    '
  • New Zealand already have the 2018 Bledisloe Cup in their keeping after big wins over Australia in Sydney and Auckland and are fresh from securing their third Rugby Championship in a row.  It hasn't been all plain sailing though – the All Blacks were beaten at home by South Africa and only narrowly avoided defeat against the Springboks in the return bout with a last minute Ardie Savea try.
