Hamilton announces retirement after Sarries' Champions Cup win
Former Scotland lock Jim Hamilton announced that he will retire at the end of the season after Saracens retained the European Champions Cup.

The 34-year-old came on as a late replacement in Sarries’ 28-17 victory over Clermont Auvergne at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Hamilton later said that he will call time on his career after playing his part in the London club’s bid to pull off back-to-back European and Premiership doubles.
The England-born second row joined the European champions from Montpellier three years ago and retired from international rugby in 2015 to focus on playing for Sarries.
He tweeted: “The time is right. This will be my last season as a rugby player. I am honoured to have played this beautiful game for so long………”

Hamilton won his first Scotland cap in November 2006 and went on to win 63 caps, playing in the 2007 and 2011 World Cups.
