If Itoje ever was truly international level, he definitely isn’t any longer. Very average, club level player and ineffective as captain. Nothing against him as a person; just don’t think he’s up to much. Someone suggested that Borthwick made him captain for sentimental reasons. Hard to argue.

When has a rucked formed?

J
JJ 35 days ago

Ball on the ground, at least one player from each team bound over the ball. Once a ruck has been formed, it is illegal to handle the ball, even if you are on your feet or flying on wings. Referees please note; no hands in the ruck!

Ireland closing the gap in the lineouts in front of the referee as if he is visually impaired.

Can’t believe what I saw in that first half lol

How is it not a penalty to England for the tackler not rolling away if the ball hasn’t crossed the whitewash?

H
Hammer Head 36 days ago

Don’t give up England. Teams have bounced back from 22-0 before. You can do it!

H
Hammer Head 36 days ago

Okay give up. You can’t do it.

H

Porous English defence? That’s putting it mildly.

WTAF is England doing?

Andrea Piardi coming off could be the best thing to happen for this game. His “body is gone”. Along with his mind.

3 rucks in a row. Irish bodies in the way. Pathetic (refereeing) that they’re still allowed to get away with that.
