You are missing Segner Holland Lakai Jordan Moorby Carter as obvious guys in contention to play who have played well in tests this year or before and on the tour matches, Caleb Clarke aint even playing now so have you really been taking notice?

How much deeper are the Boks in reality right now? for example is the difference between Kriel and Moodie equal to the difference between QT and Rieko

I dont agree about Love. Agree Plummer got nothing but Love didnt get game time.

He had time on the wing v Japan… probably his biggest game time under Razor, and played approx 75mins in 5 tests under Razor, but not at 10.

Sititi generally dodges them, it’s why he has been so good. Perhaps you’re looking at how Razor tried to change him? I thought that might be the case too.

Still we are comparing players, and Lakai doesn’t do either of these things and his hands have been just as bad.

I’d go with the whole backline tbh. Is it an individual improvement or a collective improvement? The direction around the 10 ( as you mention ) is very different and the central pods in attack play with a different sustem of distribution and choices. More options.

individually I guess playets play better when playing what they are confident at. Rennie seems to have got that working.

Some players obviously had issues with Razors style, which is really an individual thing but I can see you might say that affected group attitude (even of those players that thought Razor was great).

Getting personal buy in is huge in sport but if you want to concentrate on team play the method of attack is the same, its just the style Rennie wants is probably more familiar. Razor used the lineout and maul as a strength for example, he (more likely Hansen) wanted BB at 10 kicking the ball out and using out forwards strengths. Rennie wants Love and Dmac running the ball back.
