Moana Pasifika will run out at North Harbour Stadium one final time this week, with the Queensland Reds in town searching to cement their spot in the playoffs.

Moana Pasifika are the only team to be eliminated from the playoffs ahead of round 15, but will be looking to sign off on 2026, and potentially their time in Super Rugby Pacific, on a high note.

Helping them in their mission to achieve that will be star playmaker Patrick Pellegrini, who returns from a month-long injury absence to steer a high-powered backline around the park.

Miracle Faiilagi will captain the team from his familiar blindside flank, with Semisi Paea at openside and Semisi Tupou Ta’eiloa at No.8. Allan Craig will start in the second row once again, and is joined by Tongan international Veikoso Poloniati. Up front, Malakai Hala-Ngatai packs down at loosehead, Millennium Sanerivi starts at hooker, and Atu Moli completes the pack at tighthead.

Augustine Pulu will partner Pellegrini in the halves, with Tevita Latu and Solomon Alaimalo in the midfield. Glen Vaihu and Israel Leota are the wingers, with William Havili at fullback.

The bench features Mamoru Harada, Abraham Pole and Paula Latu as front row cover, Alefosio Aho as second row cover and Dominic Ropeti as back row cover. Siaosi Nginingini covers halfback, Faletoi Peni the midfield and Tuna Tuitama the back three.
