Saracens breakout young gun Noah Calouri has shocked the rugby world after a five-try performance against Sale Sharks in his first Premiership start.

The 19-year-old was just loaned out last week to the Championship where he scored two tries for Ampthill against Cornish Pirates, after two bench appearances for Saracens in rounds one and two of the Gallagher PREM.

His return to the top grade has come with an explosive starting debut leading to some calls for Caulori to be called up to the England squad in November.

Sophie Lloyd’s Medley Rocks Twickenham | WRWC 2025 Final | RPTV

Witness guitar virtuoso Sophie Lloyd set the stage alight at the Rugby World Cup 2025 Finals with an electrifying medley of Bon Jovi’s “Livin’ on a Prayer” and the Black Eyed Peas’ “Pump It”.
Filmed live at one of sport’s biggest nights, this special showcase captures the spirit of rugby and rock in perfect harmony.

The young winger already played for England U20 as an 18-year-old at the World Championships in July.

His performance was labelled “one of the best individual performances” of all-time in the Premiership, with predictions of greatness for his future, including the British & Irish Lions.

He was also called the “greatest academy player” that Saracens has ever produced.

Former Scotland international and Sarries second-row Jim Hamilton wrote: “Noah Caluori is gonna be one of the biggest stars Rugby has ever seen.”

The Telegraph’s Charlie Morgan wrote: “First time I’ve seen Noah Caluori live and that a Premiership side is basing a large part of their game-plan around a 19-year-old tells you everything you need to know.”

Tight Five Rugby wrote: “One of the best individual performances I’ve ever seen in the PREM from Noah Caluori tonight – at just 19 years old. Not just for the five tries, but the way he scored them, his attack in every sense, his high ball work. Really, really exciting prospect.”

“Noah Calouri is the greatest academy player we’ve ever produced,” wrote another account, while another observed: “Noah Calouri 19. Five tries (+ a penalty try that was his) on first team starting debut. Glides like Guscott and leaps like a salmon. He will play for England & the Lions. Privileged to have been there to see a super star born. Just WOW!”

The Saracens product has been highly rated for some time coming through the English system.

In 2024 he was ranked number five on the top 50 Global U18 prospects by NG Rugby, and the third best player in the Premiership U18 academy league in 2024.

After the game he told TNT Sports: “I’m probably going to watch it back and think how did this happen. I just want to take the opportunities I get given and make the most of it.

“I was speaking to some of my mates from back home, thinking I can’t believe names like Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje are my teammates now.”

Pat Lam blasts 'archaic' process that lost the All Blacks Tony Brown

Now you are just being a woke, jealous fool. With the way things are run in NZ, no wonder he couldn't make a success there. Now that he is out shining any other New Zealanders, including their star players, now he is bitter and resentful and all sorts of hate speeches against him. That is what the fans like you do. Those in NZ who does have enough sense not to let pride cloud their vision, is all saying the same thing. NZ needs TB. Razor was made out to be a rugby coaching God by the fans, so much so that Foz was treated like the worst piece of shitte. Especially after the Twickenham disaster right before the WC. Ad then he nearly won the WC too with 14 players. As a Saffa the way he handled the media and the pressure leading up to the WC, was just extraordinary and I have gained a lot of respect for that man. Now your so called rugby coaching God managed to lose by an even bigger margin, IN NZ. All Razor does is overplay his players and he will never get the best out of those players, and let's face it, the current crop is good enough to be the best. However, they need an coach they can believe in completely. I don't think the players have bought into his coaching gig. TB was lucky to shake the dust of his boots when he left NZ, because only when he did that, did his career go from strength to strength. He got a WC medal to his name. Might get another if the Boks can keep up the good work. New exciting young talent is set to join soon after the WC as dangerous as SFM and Kolbe. Trust me, he doesn't want the AB's job. He is very happy in SA with the Boks. We score, you lose a great coach. We know quality when we see it, we don't chuck it in the bin like NZRU likes to do. Your coaching God is hanging on by a thread to keep his job🤣🤣🤣🤣
