The 23-year-old wing will join from Penarol in his home country and becomes the Warriors’ 13th signing ahead of their return to professional rugby in Champ Rugby next season.

Not only has Gonzalez represented his country in the seven-man format – competing in the Olympic games last year – but he is also capped in 15s too.

Gonzalez’ Uruguay will take on Romania, Argentina and Paraguay in July.
