Doesn’t work with the phone app or on a laptop, just constant error messages that tell you nothing.

Being that there are so few comments here you would have thoughts someone from Rugbypass would explain issue

As once you can log in you get either

Frozen Screen

Refresh Screen as not loading

Spinning wheel of death…without a second of footage being shown

Or just a blank white screen saying your not logged in

Impossible to join to watch England!!.kept telling I put in wrong password..rubbish,I used it yesterday to buy food on line,said would send e mail to select new password..i don,t want to change my password.anyway no e mail arrived.absolutely terrible website

Tried to create an account. Kept saying email address and password were not compatible???? Gave up after 4 goes

Same here advertised all week unable to watch. Contacted support who emailed back saying you had to be in the UK…. I am in the UK

Can’t watch japan England replay just says no connections

Also only way to get to game is via home page giving result.
