Team England Rugby Ltd will represent the Red Roses in a partnership that will align the interests of the England men’s and women’s sides. TER was set up last year to manage the playing and commercial rights of Steve Borthwick’s squad but has now also taken on responsibility for this year’s Rugby World Cup hosts.

The partnership will cover all matters concerning Red Roses contracts, which are funded by the Rugby Football Union.

Among the goals of the agreement are to support the growth of the women’s international game, enhance negotiating power for both teams across commercial opportunities and promote greater equity where possible.
