because the quality is there

I’m afraid the player problem I’m talking about is not skills, it is like you said before “people don’t change”. The same thing that was evident under Foster was their for Razor, and will be for Rennie. The issue will come if Rennie doesn’t play much better rugby.

I would love to find the statistics of the difference in the proportion of penalties been taking for a kick at goal compared to kicking in to the corner. In the 80’s kicks in a good field position were most often taken to the best of my memory.

Is there a case that kickers don’t often in the modern game kick the points?

I don’t know what you mean by “just” but you might know more about about drug use, I read this bit as applying to both actions as use in masking drug taking

recreational drugs and sample substitution (a practice prohibited by the WADA Code and the World Rugby Anti-Doping Rules)

Man I love Isaia’s smile, they way he just can’t keep it off his face is so amusing. Would be a hell of a player if he attended some anger creation courses.

Thought Harkin was probably the best on show again, such a shame Beale was injured for last years Lions tour. Really thought White would stick on another year too.

Those percentages are concerning. However if Ireland are battering teams, it won’t matter as much. Most teams are now going for tries over penalty kicks anyway, although when it does become very tight those kicks off the tee are always crucial.

In my opinion, they had a chance this tournament. There was nothing clear and obvious about Menoncello’s pass in Dublin, who knows what would’ve happened in that game if that try wasn’t chalked off.
