Sonatane Takulua Tonga face off against Portugal in World Rugby Nations Cup Round 3 on Sat 18th July 2026 at Princess Auto Stadium. Kick-off in the UK is scheduled for 21:45. In South Africa it’s at 22:45 SAST, 08:45 NZST in New Zealand, 06:45 AEST in Australia and 13:45 EST in the US.
Portugal won the last encounter but Portugal are in the best form of their last 5 games.
Heading into the fixture the two sides are separated by just 5 places in the rankings with Portugal in position 14 and Tonga in position 19, underlining just how tight this match could be.
The official squads for Tonga vs Portugal will become available around 24- 48 hours before kick-off. Teams can still make changes up to an hour before the match however.
