A bonus-point win for New Zealand will take them into the knockout stages of the competition. However, unless France slip up against Italy, the All Blacks will likely finish second in the pool.
For Uruguay, qualification for the knockout stages seems unlikely. In order to qualify, they must beat New Zealand with a try-scoring bonus point, and by at least 80 points. On top of this, they also need France to beat Italy.
