I can only imagine some bodies need a rest after that game against France. But there must also be some continuity required in some positions to keep players sharp for Ireland.

Past scores 42-24 and 45-0 really do set the stage for this third match between both sides. Perhaps Italy is riding high off the win against Australia, but no doubt SA is soaring even higher after dismantling the French.
