98 days ago Pro D2 ProD2 season preview: New coaches, new ambition in France's second tier
Eight of the 16 sides in French rugby’s ProD2 head into the 2025/26 campaign under new management.
Dax face off against Brive in Pro D2 Round 2 on Fri 5th September 2025 at Stade Maurice Boyau. Kick-off in the UK is scheduled for 18:30. In South Africa it’s at 19:30 SAST, 05:30 NZST in New Zealand, 03:30 AEST in Australia and 10:30 EST in the US.
Brive won the last encounter but Dax are in the best form of their last 5 games.
Heading into the fixture the two sides are separated by just 5 places in the league table with Brive in 8th and Dax in 13th underlining just how tight this match could be.
The official squads for Dax vs Brive will become available around 24- 48 hours before kick-off. Teams can still make changes up to an hour before the match however.
