Payton Spencer is one of the most exciting talents in New Zealand Rugby, taking after his famous father Carlos Spencer with an electrifying and explosive running game.Playing at fullback, Payton Spencer represents the Blues in Super Rugby Pacific and Auckland in the Bunnings NPC. Spencer has also previously featured for the New Zealand Men’s Sevens team, helping his team win the Sydney Sevens in his debut tournament in 2023.

That tournament followed national and international victories with Hamilton Boys’ High School in 2022, a run of success that Spencer will be hoping continues in Auckland as his career continues to excel.
