Trio added to England U21 Women's squad for Loughborough training camp

England U21 Women’s head coach LJ Lewis has added a trio of players to her squad for this weekend’s training camp at Loughborough University.

Seren Coombs, Freya Greensmith and Milly Pearce will be part of the 35-player squad that will take part in a four-day training camp at the Elite Athlete Centre and began on Thursday 22 January.

Coombs, Greensmith and Pearce have previously gained England U18 Women’s caps. The group will regather on Friday 27 February in Bristol as the countdown for the 2026 Six Nations Women’s U21 Series continues.

LJ Lewis, England U21 Women’s head coach, said: “Over this recent block we’ve seen real progression across our team, particularly how players are taking responsibility for their development and pushing the high standards we want in the pathway.

“We’re delighted to welcome Seren, Freya and Millie into the group. They’ve earned this opportunity and will add fresh energy and competition as they begin their journey with us.”
