The Auckland Blues will be without the services of All Black centre Sonny Bill Williams after he fractured his wrist.

According to the New Zealand Herald, Williams will be sidelined for six to eight weeks after he sustained the injury during his side’s 20-37 loss to the Stormers in Cape Town last week.

Williams’ recovery time-frame will probably see him enter the All Blacks‘ three-test June series against France on minimal game-time.

The Blues will also finish the Super Rugby campaign without lock Scott Scrafton due to an ACL.
