I think Razor knew his starters halfway through the seasons but still didn't experiment much - and at least two of them emerged from injuries to others [Sititi and Vaii]. They may not ahve gotten a shot so early otherwise.

I agree he struggles to make the team if he's not fb.

He's certainly been asked to bring something extra, it's exciting, he's a very one dimensional player otherwise.

You should read Nick Bishop's article, the 40min didn't even match numbers of one performance against Ireland. I agree though, his running ability is so bad (he is only good at crash ball) that he and the forwards need to switch roles. Ardie and Sititi should be running off Jordie, not the other way round that it is now. Dmac is too small to be used in that role at international level. You might find gaps like were in that game but not very often.

It's Rieko, and yep, he'd be a better 14 (bombed that try in the WC final playing 11) than Jordan, but still behind Tele'a for me. So he's a class back up who'd be the sides best defender in case of emergency.

Much credit to him for improving every game and he's up there again by the end of the season, so he was well below his average.

Reminding me of Keiron Read holding on. I think you might be better off addressing your comment to the author, seeing as you seem to agree with him on not being the best AB.

ALB had a very solid year and it would have made much more sense tactically to have him starting and Jorde finished. He is not a finisher, he is an injury replacement at most, and I think was only required in that capacity once all season. It would have made more sense to have an extra loosie, or ALB as the sole backline cover.

He's a player who's gone through a lot in his career, started as a gifted natural who bamboozled his opposition to one of the most solid ABs this year. I don't think that current role has much of a lifespan in this side however. If he stay's he's going to be as reliable as ever again next year.

No dude, it's the week before their final, so as the FFR has already said, they will immediately gather the French touring part after the regular season has finished, this game will be of those players the following week, and then the squad will have any French players who get knocked out of the finals added, then take off to NZ.

This is an encouraging news as this first mix of players will be some of their newest stars and not have played together before, so will be a big help to their competitiveness.

So lets talk about who is really the best player in the world at the month. My vote is Damien McKenzie.

Again, I just want you to know your statements are showing a clouded view, extreme, likely based on these biases of yours. For example the selectors judgement is exactly the same as mine. That he would be 3rd of 4th ranked, and able to allow the team to win. It's you who are trying to say the reality is a bunch of unhappy northerners opinions. Just to make some silly statement about eligibility.

Of course Lima tailed off, otherwise he wouldn't have left. Of course the northerners complained because they're never up with the play like we are with the local game. It's funny. They probably expected him to be like snapping up the next Carter, some awesome new signing and not the discard that he was. That you use this, do nothing more than propagate them in this case, so that you can use them for this other argument or yours, is the same as Razor hurting his own argument with the stance he's taken.

Do you realise, as I've already tried to point out to you, that by making this argument you are agree that NZR should allow overseas eligibility if these players were good enough by your standards? You can point out theyre not good enough to warrant changing eligibility for all you like, but by that reasoning accept that if they were good enough... even if you think that Mo'unga would be the only one, how many would you need to be happy changing? One in each position, a team of XV, should surely be enough. What if Dmac wasn't playing so well when Beauden was out, you've already said Plummer isn't good enough, Morgan? One of those old international players? Who's you're pick?
