PWR fixtures: Ellie Kildunne to make Twickenham Stoop return in Round 1 of 2026/27

Ellie Kildunne will make an instant return to the Twickenham Stoop in Round 1 of the 2026/27 JAECOO Premiership Women’s Rugby season for new club Bristol Bears.
Fixtures, dates, broadcast information and kick-off times for Round 1 to 8 of the upcoming campaign have been confirmed by PWR. The season will begin on the weekend of November 20-22.
In Round 1, Kildunne will come up against her former teammates, as well as Harlequins’ summer additions Marlie Packer and Sisilia Tuipulotu in a mouthwatering opening weekend clash in West London on Sunday 22 November, which will be broadcast live on TNT Sports.

Elsewhere on the curtain-raising weekend, defending champions Saracens will host Leicester Tigers at StoneX Stadium on Sunday 22 November.
Beaten finalists from 2025/26, Trailfinders Women, will kick-start the season with a trip to Loughborough Lightning on Friday 20 November.
That will provide an instant return to the East Midlands for former Lightning stalwarts Helen Nelson and Bo Westcombe Evans, who each traded African Violet for green and white this summer.
The opening weekend will see even more players come up against their former clubs. Sale Sharks host Gloucester Hartpury at Moson Stadium in Saturday 21 November’s sole fixture.
In recent months Gloucester Hartpury legends Tatyana Heard, Kate Beckett, Kelsey Jones and Zoe Stratford all swapped the West Country for the North West as the Greater Manchester club stepped up their pursuit of play-off rugby.
To bolster their squad after the exit of numerous senior players, Gloucester Hartpury have recruited 60-cap France centre Gabrielle Vernier, USA lock Emerson Allen and experienced Italy hooker Vittoria Vecchini.
Exeter Chiefs will begin the 2026/27 with a bye before getting their campaign underway against South West rivals Bristol Bears in Round 2.
It has also been confirmed that Harlequins’ Round 5 clash will be moved to Monday 28 December in order to accommodate Big Game 17 fixture at Allianz Stadium.

Ross Chisholm’s Harlequins will host Loughborough Lightning in West London in a 2pm kick-off. Later that afternoon Harlequins’ men will host reigning Gallagher PREM champions Northampton Saints.
A week later, on Saturday 2 January, Trailfinders will host Saracens in a repeat of last season’s finale. The fixture will be broadcast by the BBC and will kick-off at 3pm.
Venues, kick-off times and dated for fixtures between Round 9 and 18 of the 2026/27 season will be confirmed at a later date. Like last season there will be an eight week in-season break between the start of April and the end of May for the Guinness Women’s Six Nations.
