'It looks pretty serious': Springbok star Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu on crutches

The Stormers are counting the injury toll of their 44-21 win over Cardiff in their URC quarter-final with up to four players now in doubt for next week’s semi-final against Leinster.
Of most concern is star flyhalf Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu who injured his ankle in the act of scoring a try in the second half, leaving him on crutches.
Head coach John Dobson said that the ankle injury “looks serious” and the flyhalf will undergo scans to determine the extent of the damage.
“It looks pretty serious, to be honest,” he said post-match.
“He’s obviously going for a scan. The doctors have given me some feedback, but it looks like a proper ankle injury.
“He was cramping a bit before then and looked uncomfortable when he started running back. We haven’t confirmed anything yet, but it’s concerning.
“It’s a big blow,” Dobson added. “But whenever we take a knock, this group tends to pull together and fight.”
Winger Seabelo Senatla has already been ruled out of next weekend’s semi-final after suffering a knock, with return to play protocols in play.
“He was HIA category one,” Dobson confirmed.
“I thought he was absolutely magnificent. For a guy who has been out for so long, his work in the air, his defence and his work rate were outstanding. That’s a hell of a blow for us.”
Lock Ruben van Heerden and centre Dan du Plessis are also under injury clouds ahead of the crunch semi-final.
The Stormers will have to travel to Dublin after Leinster crushed the Lions 59-10, while the Bulls will face the number one seed Glasgow Warriors in the other semi-final.
