Tonga face off against Canada in Pacific Nations Cup Round 5 on Sat 20th September 2025 at America First Field. Kick-off in the UK is scheduled for 23:35. In South Africa it’s at 00:35 SAST, 10:35 NZST in New Zealand, 08:35 AEST in Australia and 15:35 EST in the US.
Tonga won the last encounter but Tonga are in the best form of their last 5 games.
Heading into the fixture the two sides are separated by just 3 places in the rankings with Tonga in position 19 and Canada in position 22, underlining just how tight this match could be.
The official squads for Tonga vs Canada will become available around 24- 48 hours before kick-off. Teams can still make changes up to an hour before the match however.
