Video - David Paice to face disciplinary hearing for off the ball hit

David Paice of London Irish will appear before an independent disciplinary panel on Tuesday 5 December after being sent from the field for a late hit on Willie Heinz of Gloucester over the weekend.

Paice was shown a red card for dangerous charging and making contact with the head of Will Heinz of Gloucester Rugby, contrary to law 10.4 (g).

The incident occurred in the first half of the Aviva Premiership match between Gloucester and London Irish on Saturday 2 December.

The hearing will take place in London on Tuesday 5 December at 18:30 and will be heard by Aidan O’Brien (chairman), Becky Essex and Tim Grey.
