Northampton were pretty much fully loaded for europe as Pau have a very strong home record so its a difficult place to go play. We had to sacrifice a league game for post international player rest in prep, the Bristol game was a pretty dire performance

It’s a good thing that you don’t refer to them as the Syringeboks or joke about contaminated meat, because that would make you a silly little man with sour grapes. But you're not because you don’t right 🤣

Your assertion that if he comes back with more muscle mass, it needs to be looked at gives away your low test levels. You believe that someone (no less EE) can’t put muscle mass on naturally due to being 34. This belief must come from your own lived experience with low test and inability to gain muscle mass.

They certainly have the right man in Lancaster. There is some very exciting young talent around that squad, no better man to get them up and going.

But they did'nt went to Bordeaux at full strengh. And Bordeaux too. It was a day of “doublon” ,France was playing Australia. Auradou, Maximin and Laclayat too, were with the french team, for Bordeaux, Lucu, LBB, Penaud, Depoortere…..

EE will almost 100% come back with alot more muscle mass. He has 18 weeks to focus all his attention on training, getting fitter and stronger than ever. Maybe you have low test levels (by the sound sof your comment, very likely) but mid 30s is still pretty fresh from a muscle gaining point of view. He will.most definitely still be in the testing pool so the crap about him taking steroids is literally just jealousy emanating from (mostly) northern hemisphere where they just seem to be smaller and weaker than us saffas.

Im not going to pretend to know Pau’s usual lineup or injury staus but Luc, Arufiel, Decron, Despres, Picquette & Jolmes were all starting when they beat Bordeax away a couple of weeks ago, the back row was the same too and Robsons just back from injury and is first choice 9. Losing Montoya before K/O must have been a blow. Sure seems some changes in the centres and front row but didnt look like a complete second string

Any backs in yesterday side was first choice or playing at there own place. Any locks were first choice. Some players are injuried, Attisogbe, Simmons, Gailleton..

But some of them are fit, Grandidier, Brau Boirie, Auradou, Maximin,…..

I should have put money on it! Now there was a horrible wind but still.

Their attack was irresistable in the first 30 mins. Eating up ground and inevitable tries. Work in progress hopefully, just dissapointed for them.
