Kennedy brings a wealth of experience to Sarries having played over 250 games during his player career with London Irish, Toulon and Harlequins as well as earning seven caps for England.

He retired as a player in 2014 before taking up an Academy Director role at Irish and later becoming their Director of Rugby.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time at Saracens so far and I’m looking forward to starting full time,” Kennedy said.

“I’ve been extremely impressed with the coaches, off-field team and players and I can’t wait to be part of the team.”

Saracens Director of Rugby Mark McCall added: “Nick is a highly respected figure in rugby.

“He brings a wealth of experience from both playing and coaching at a high level. We feel he will make a unique contribution to the Saracens project going forward.”
