Larmour shreds Munster with try of the season contender

Leinster ran out 24-34 winners against Munster at Thomond Park this afternoon, but the game will be remembered for this piece of magic from 20-year-old fullback Jordan Larmour.

Keatley kicked long and Larmour punished Munster with three sublime steps off both feet to score one of the tries of the season.

Nigel Owens can be heard gasping in awe of the young man’s pace as he struggles to keep up. Owens later comments that he barely made it to the 22 in time.

Larmour has been involved in recent Irish training camps and based on this evidence, it won’t be too long before he forces his way into Schmidt’s squad.

His ability to step players was on show earlier this season too when he tore the Ulster defence apart with this solo effort:
