The Zimbabwean born backrow played just 22 appearances for Bath and is the latest high profile signing to leave the club.

The 6’5, 115kg back row has also played 35 times for Scotland.

Speaking to the club website Warriors Director of Rugby Gary Gold said: “David is a powerful athlete who will add more firepower to our back row.

“He is a strong ball-carrier with international experience and we look forward to his arrival in the summer.”

Denton added: “I can’t wait to get started at Warriors. Gary and the team are clearly pushing in the right direction and I want to play a part in driving the Club up the Premiership table.”
