Japan face off against Fiji in Pacific Nations Cup Round 2 on Sat 19th September 2026 at Chichibunomiya. Kick-off in the UK is scheduled for 11:05. In South Africa it’s at 12:05 SAST, 22:05 NZST in New Zealand, 20:05 AEST in Australia and 03:05 EST in the US.
Fiji won the last encounter but Japan are in the best form of their last 5 games.
Heading into the fixture the two sides are separated by just 3 places in the rankings with Fiji in position 9 and Japan in position 12, underlining just how tight this match could be.
The official squads for Japan vs Fiji will become available around 24- 48 hours before kick-off. Teams can still make changes up to an hour before the match however.
