McNicholl has certainly stepped up in the unfortunate injury absence of Jordan and is playing as well as any other fullback in this competition. Sadly the injuries to other key players threatens to derail the Crusaders yet again as their casualty ward is simply horrific. Their replacements have done well enough but are still not quite up to the excellence of the missing AB players.
