I have a subscription to NOW TV in Ireland and ‘Sports Extra’ which gives me URC matches (Premier Sports) and English Prem matches (TNC). Also now showing one marquee match of Top14 on Sunday evening (Premiersports last night was Toulouse/Bordeaux).

Its around €35 in total including a boost thing so 4 devices can watch at same time (My Dad etc.). You get the Rugby Championships. 6Ns and July Internationals also. Gets us through the winter anyway!!

Not sure what you mean by the Bulls would have won either way? The Bulls literally won with a penalty in the red and a kick that wasn’t a gimme.

They looked at the second try in detail and there was no separation. Your personal opinion makes little difference.

Casey has been given ample opportunities. He is out injured.

How is the game being developed in Ulster outside the fee paying schools? Isn’t it the case that more of these students are educated in GB meaning Ulster has a far smaller pool?

Ulster needs a new academy and could benefit from an All-Ireland push (or Ulster only) to bring rugby into more schools and more players into AIL/local clubs.

To be fair. Connaught are a young exciting, attacking and improving team. I think they will get very strong in the next few years. Munster have had an incredible amount of injury. Now that may be due to bad strengtht and conditioning but I think its unreasonable to assume they are bad. They have a stronger team on paper than a couple of years ago arguably when they won the URC.

The article is about the demise of Ulster relative to its heydey as a premier European winner and contender. Degradation implies something which has been inflicted on the province which is your implication not the articles.

Connaught’s International representation is on the up.

There needs to be a rebalancing of provinces which can come about by spreading the Leinster academy graduates around more (Munster must swallow their pride) and by looking at centralized contracts.

Sometimes solid is ok. The Red Roses have a lot of flair all around the park but I doubt Sing has been selected to be flamboyant. Although the RR won WXV largely through their backline firing on all cylinders I was surprised about how contagious falling off tackles became. Sing wasn’t outstanding but she is dependable and you know what you are going to get with her.
