So long as his selecting has improved, Blues fans should be happy. Good at recognising talent and building a squad, but would often select a less than ideal team to field.
Haha bit optmistic there Icefarrow! Unless you’re referring to moving away from one trick Cotter.
Personally I enjoyed the Blues player over the last few years as something different, even if it wasn’t favorable to the players All Black aspirations. I hope for the players sake he’s an upgrade on who they have leading the backs now (assuming they will have to go as well) because the Blues have a lot of outside talent.
Hopefully their attack looks nothing like what it did when he was on Razor’s staff.
He’s highly rated by players and coaches in every team he enters. Did wonders for Munster and the Hurricanes back when he was attack coach.
He wasn’t the attack coach; Hansen led the attack, and rumours have it that NZR wants him to stay on.
The Hurricanes’ attack looks pretty sharp, with Holland having full control of the attack. I’m pretty sure Holland was not the problem.
